Locating player log files (Windows PC or Steam)

To assist with troubleshooting while you're on PC Game Pass or Steam, we may request your Player.log and Player-prev.log files. To locate yours on your PC, please complete the following steps:

  1. Open File Explorer on your PC. This can be done by either:
    1. Selecting the Start button and finding File Explorer in the Start menu or
    2. Keyboard shortcut: Press the Windows logo key + E
  2. In the address bar, type or paste: C:\Users\[YOUR COMPUTER USERNAME]\AppData\Local\Belfry\Saved\Logs You'll need to replace "your computer username" with the username you're signed in as on your computer
