If Towerborne crashes or stops responding before it can give you any information about your crash in the player logs, we may be able to troubleshoot with your DxDiag information.
You can locate your DxDiag information on your PC by following the steps below:
- Search your computer for DxDiag and click Open
- Once the information has finished loading (this may take a few moments), select the option at the bottom to Save All Information
- You'll be prompted to select where you'd like to save this information. Save it somewhere you can easily locate again
- Attach the DxDiag information to your inquiry for us to troubleshoot!
